Government Business Development dIRECTOR

Sieglinde Gooding has over 15 years of experience in Federal business development, marketing, and strategic sales for information technology and communications services. As a former project manager, she has a passion for providing clients actionable results and insights that enable improved business performance. Sieglinde joined Market Connections to provide public sector clients with solutions that influence productivity and profitability. She is known for her focus on providing clients with informed answers to their business needs and supporting agencies throughout the procurement process.

Before coming to Market Connections, Sieglinde managed IT programs and created customer relationship management tools for federal contractors to better support their clients. She developed the Unified Communications Solutions and IT Security Solutions for a large government contractor. In this capacity, she developed communications strategies, created and led marketing programs and leveraged research to influence the solution roadmaps. Sieglinde focuses on results-oriented programs by including measurable quality control requirements and developing/implementing Earned Value Management plans.

Prior to her career in Federal IT, Sieglinde began her career as a freelance video producer and engineer. Sieglinde studied Business Management and Marketing at Villa Julie College.
