This study surveyed 228 decision-makers and influencers from companies serving the federal government. The survey, conducted by Market Connections in February-March 2009, asked questions designed to highlight challenges and opportunities in government contracting during the subsequent 12-18 months. The data was analyzed through a filter of those organizations with higher win rates compared to those with lower win rates. Highlights include:
