More and more government agencies are implementing managed services IT models to reduce costs and enhance overall effectiveness. In addition, agencies can get out of the business of IT and focus on their core missions through managed services. From a budgeting perspective, managed services also take agencies out of the CapEX investment model, allowing a more cost-effective approach for procuring and implementing technologies.
Cloud First and FedRAMP policies and mandates are also driving more agencies to adopt managed services, which will also supports more scalability in procuring and using IT.
