With more than 30 years of experience in solving complex problems for its defense, intelligence, civil government and health clients, SRA International delivers key solutions in the areas of IT lifecycle services, cloud and mobile computing, cybersecurity, technology integration and professional services.
While the specter of sequestration lives on for government contractors in 2014, the company has been reinforcing its deep heritage of supporting government mission goals with a string of new contract wins that have been making major headlines.
For example, it just won a $148 million contract to provide IT infrastructure and operational support to the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) Information Systems and Technology Services (ISTS) office. It was also recently awarded a $22 million contract to provide operational, technical, design, and advisory support for the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Federal Public Key Infrastructure Management Authority (FPKIMA).
In January, SRA International also announced that it would serve as the prime contractor under the Transport, Computing and Infrastructure (TCI) Pillar contract for U.S. Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SSC Atlantic).
With a ceiling value of $900 million, the contract will enhance the mission technology needs of key SSC Atlantic business areas including Ashore, Afloat, Mobile, Joint, Federal and Coalition Infrastructure.
“SRA is excited to be selected as a prime contractor on the TCI Pillar and we look forward to supporting SSC Atlantic with their national security mission,” said George Batsakis, Senior Vice President of the SRA’s National Security Group, in a recent press release. “This is an important win that builds upon our dedication to support SSC Atlantic and our continued investment in this important market.”
As we highlighted in the FedPulse SRA International “Winning Contractor” post in 2013, the company continues to grow its business through an aggressive contract acquisition strategy – which is no small task in today’s budget climate.
By showing a steady stream of new contract wins in 2014, we are proud to announce that SRA International is this week’s “Winning Contractor.” Stay tuned for more posts about contractors proving to be nimble in the face of challenging times in our new “Winning Contractor” series.
