Anna Wilcoxson Research Analyst


Anna Wilcoxson is a mixed-methods researcher passionate about labor policy, food and the environment, and organizational studies. She earned her Ph.D. in Sociology from Michigan State University, where she explored how restaurant workers navigated job insecurity during the COVID-19 crisis.

Most recently, Anna was a Manager of Research and Analysis at the Partnership for Public
Service, where she led research projects to better understand government hiring challenges.
Before this, she worked as a Data Analyst at the Michigan Center for Data and Analytics,
analyzing labor and welfare programs to help shape state policies.

Throughout her career, Anna has authored publications, policy reports, led community-based
research, and helped secure grants for innovative programs. She is passionate about using
research to create practical solutions that improve individual and organizational outcomes.
Skilled in data analysis and program evaluation, she enjoys collaborating across sectors to turn
research into real change.

In addition to a PhD in Sociology from Michigan State University, she also holds an M.A from
Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. in Business/Economics from Wheaton College.
