As a researcher, Jared has nearly 20 years of market research experience, working hands-on with clients executing operations, developing action plans, designing analytic plans, and presenting to senior management. Throughout his career, Jared has designed, executed and managed strategic client feedback programs for Fortune 100 technology and financial services firms, both on a domestic and worldwide scale.
Jared has considerable experience with customer satisfaction and loyalty, brand tracking, concept testing and message and logo testing, with extensive experience in large-scale international tracking studies and studies within the consumer technology space. Jared has also conducted research on, in part, mobile phone usage and attitudes, operating systems and productivity software.
Jared graduated from Fordham University in New York with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in marketing and finance.
