Elizabeth Lowery is experienced in designing, implementing, and analyzing surveys across a variety of methodologies and topics. Her recent projects include customer satisfaction, benchmarking, brand awareness, and message testing for federal government agencies, government contractors, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofits. Elizabeth is involved in both quantitative and qualitative research projects with tasks ranging from online and telephone survey management to focus group coordination. She is involved in all phases of the quantitative research process including questionnaire design, programming, managing data collection, cleaning and coding data, performing statistical analyses, quality assurance, and preparing client reports.
Prior to joining Market Connections, Elizabeth worked as a marketing research analyst for Marine Corps Community Services in Twentynine Palms, CA. There she coordinated research for Marine Corps facilities, events, programs, and services from start to finish measuring customer satisfaction, advertising effectiveness, and brand awareness. She managed all aspects of each project including designing surveys, managing data collection, analyzing data, and creating results reports based on research findings.
Elizabeth holds an M.B.A with a marketing concentration from Liberty University and a B.S. in psychology with double minors in marketing and business administration from Radford University.
