Chelsea Jarosh Industry Analyst

Chelsea Jarosh is an Industry Analyst for the Government Business Council specializing in topics within the federal government sector. She creates research-based reports, blogs and articles designed to inform the public sector about important trends, particularly regarding procurement and contracting trends that impact federal, state and local defense agencies.  

Chelsea spent five years at CJIS, a portfolio platform of GovExec. There she tracked state and local technology procurements from the preliminary stages up until the contract execution phase. In that role, she focused heavily on conversing and collaborating with key state and local decision-makers about their agencies’ near future needs and deciphering how they would acquire those solution(s).
