The best designed of these assets, typically, have one thing in common: they educate the customer without feeling salesy.

It’s not always easy to figure out what you should or should not include in these content pieces. Fancy visual contents, insights from industry thought leaders and content tailored to their vertical were less critical to the success of good content.
