Federal IT Contractors: You Made Federal Telework Possible
Thanks to recent IT modernization efforts performed by federal IT contractors, many agencies had the technology in place to handle telework requirements needed in response to the 2020 health crisis, but there is still work to be done. While most agencies had the infrastructure and technology to support telework, there were still cultural hurdles to overcome in order for agencies to feel comfortable with having a majority of their staff working from home.
